- 1 Cup of rice
- 1/2 cup of Rajma
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tomato puree
- 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green capsicum
- 1/4 cup boiled corn kernels
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp mix hubs
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tbsp pepper powder
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
How to make a Traditional Mexican rice easy recipes
Step - 1: Add oil and buter to a pan.
Step - 2: Add ginger garlic paste
Step - 3: Next add onion, stir and cook till onion turns light golden brown.
Step - 4: Next add tomato puree and salt,
Step - 5: Add tomato ketchup , stir
Step - 6: Next add kidney beans, carrots, green capsicum, boiled corn kernels, chili flakes, oregano,
mix hubs, red chillies, coriander seeds, black pepper powder.
Step - 7: Stir gently and cook for one minute.
Step - 8: Now add the cooked rice, mix well and stir gently.
Step - 9: Add some freshly chopped coriander.
